Dairy Free Lemon Whipped Cream




















Full Fat Coconut
1/2 organic powered sugar
1/4 cream of tartar
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 fresh lemon juice

Add all ingredients to a mixer or use a hand mixer and whip cream until it has doubled in volume
ONLY USE THE THICK CREAM PART OF THE COCONUT. Make sure the coconut is cold!
