I've been a Vegan since September 2012.
I wanted to start eating healthier meals because I wasn't feeling naturally energized and I was feeling bloated after every meal. All I wanted to do was sleep after eating.
I definitely didn't want to start drinking coffee again for energy and forget depending on energy drinks!
I started researching vegan diet on the internet. I learned a lot from reading how to transition to vegan diet. I tried some recipes and found some of them to be pretty tasty. The ingredients used were mostly plant based.
Since I've changed my diet to vegan, I feel like I have more energy and I don't feel bloated after eating. I don't crave sweets or meat anymore! I've even cut down on junk food, YAY me!
I've lost 16 pounds in a four month period. I even lost that belly fat and my weight is right where I want it to be. :)
I would like to share some of my favorite Healthy Vegan Recipes with you. Maybe I can change someone's life towards a new healthier way of eating.
I will also share where I shop for my vegan groceries and share some photo's and video's where I like to dine in the Boston and Providence area.
